Step 1: Log in to Your Hosterlo Client Area

Go to Hosterlo Login Page.

Enter your email and password.

Select the hosting plan where your domain is hosted.

Click on Login to cPanel.
Step 2: Open the Email Accounts Section

Inside cPanel, find the Email Accounts option.

Click on it to open the email management page.
Step 3: Create a New Email Account

Click Create.

Fill in the details:

Username: (example: info, sales, support).

Domain: Choose the domain you want to use (example:
@yourdomain.com). -
Password: Set a strong password.

Click Create Account.
✅ Done! Your new email address is ready. Example: info@yourdomain.com.
Step 4: Access Your Email
You have 2 ways to access your new business email:
Option A: Webmail (Browser Login)

Go to:
https://yourdomain.com/webmail. -
Enter your full email address and password.

Choose a webmail app (Roundcube or Horde) and start using your inbox.
Option B: Connect with Gmail/Outlook

You can connect your business email to Gmail, Outlook, or mobile apps using IMAP/POP settings.

Settings can be found inside cPanel > Email Accounts > Connect Devices.
Step 5: Manage Your Emails

Create multiple accounts (sales@, support@, billing@).

Set up forwarders to redirect emails (e.g., sales@ → your Gmail).

Use auto-responders for away messages.
Troubleshooting

Email not sending/receiving? → Check if your domain’s MX records point to Hosterlo.

Forgot password? → Reset from cPanel > Email Accounts > Manage.

Storage full? → Upgrade plan or clear old emails.
